Ola joined Pacific Western Bank as an Analyst. He began primarily assisting with underwriting credit actions, evaluating clients’ compliance with the agreed-upon terms, and handling various requests from clients and other bank partners. Throughout the years, his responsibilities have increased within Fund Finance. He was recently promoted to Client Manager. Ola is also a member of the Bank’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, PRISM.
According to Ola, one of the most rewarding aspects of the job is having the opportunity to work with and learn from a diverse group of talented and passionate banking professionals in the Venture Banking group. He believes that the Bank's culture of promoting an entrepreneurial attitude in its employees gives PWB a competitive advantage.
