Mark T. Yung

Mr. Yung is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp. Mr. Yung was a Director of Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp from 2017 to 2021. He has served as executive chairman of the board of directors of Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc., a clean technology company, since 2010. He served as chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Presbia PLC, a NASDAQ listed ophthalmic device company, from 2017 to 2019 and continued to serve as a director until 2020. He was co-founder and managing principal of OCV Management, LLC, an investor, owner and operator of technology and life science companies, from 2016 to 2019, and a managing director of Orchard Capital Corp., a venture capital and private equity firm, from 2006 to 2016. During his tenure at OCV and Orchard, he served as a board member, executive and officer of several portfolio companies in industries ranging from telecommunications, medical device, air cargo transportation, and automotive supplies.
