Mr. Blake is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Community Banking Group of Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp. Mr. Blake served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources from 2014 to 2018 and President of the Eastern Region from 2002 to 2014. Mr. Blake has served on the board of directors for California Domestic Water Company, a wholesale water distribution company, since 2016, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Cadway, Inc.
