Paul W. Taylor

Mr. Taylor is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp. He was President in 2022. He previously served as chief executive officer, president and a director of Opus Bank from 2019 until it was acquired in 2020. He was chief executive officer, president and a director of Guaranty Bancorp, and chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, a banking subsidiary of Guaranty Bancorp, from 2011 through 2018. Prior to that, he held various positions, including executive vice president, chief financial and operating officer and secretary of Guaranty Bancorp.

Mr. Taylor sits on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Denver. He previously served on the Foundation Board for the Denver Rescue Mission.
